today is the day

Faith-rooted coaching for women walking the road of eating-disorder recovery.

This is the day the Lord has made; let us rejoice and be glad in it.Psalm 118:24

The heart of it

To walk beside women in recovery with honesty, hope, and faith — reminding them that healing isn’t a finish line, but a choice made new each morning.

Brooke Rienow, recovery coach

My story

I’ve walked this road too

For years I measured my worth in numbers, and food felt like both the problem and the only thing I could control. Recovery didn’t arrive all at once — it came as a series of small, honest choices, and a slow remembering that I was already loved.

Faith met me in the middle of that mess, not at the end of it. Today I coach women who are where I once was — not as an expert looking down, but as a friend who has walked the road and found that mornings really can be new.

Wherever you are today, you’re welcome here. There’s no shame, no pressure, and no quick fixes — just companionship for the next honest step.

Weeping may stay for the night, but rejoicing comes in the morning.
Psalm 30:5

What we stand on

What this coaching is built on

Every conversation traces back to one of these four.

i

Hope first

We lead with what's possible. Recovery is real, and a new day is always available.

ii

Faith-rooted

Scripture and grace anchor the work — woven in naturally and warmly, never preachy.

iii

Honest & gentle

We name the hard things plainly, but always with softness. No shame, no pressure.

iv

Walking beside

This is companionship, not authority — a trusted friend who has walked the road.

In her words

You're not the only one

Stories shared with permission, names withheld for privacy.

I came in carrying so much shame, and left feeling like someone finally understood. Brooke never once made me feel like a project to fix.

A client in recovery

She held space for the hard parts and pointed me back to hope every single time. Our calls became the steadiest part of my week.

A client in recovery

For the first time, faith and recovery weren't two separate things. Brooke helped me see they belonged together.
